Pharmaceutical companies invest millions of dollars in research on the stunning natural killer cancer.

Breast cancer and colon losers with miraculous tree of the Amazon, which was found 10,000 times stronger than chemotherapy.

Since the beginning of 1996, the Institute of Health Sciences has investigated all over the world to find information from the few people who have had access to or have heard of. And sometimes, we discover that even trasalendo in our council, there are doctors who are acting illegally.

Two months ago, we became aware of an amazing tree of Amazon that fights cancer, through the network dell'HSI who has literally shocked.

Today, the future of cancer treatment and chances of survival are more than a promise.
There is a healing tree that grows deep in the Amazon rainforest in South America that could literally change you, your doctor, and the possibility remains that the world believed in the treatment of cancer. Extracts from this powerful tree, it can be possible:

Cancer surely win and finally with an all natural therapy that does not cause nausea, weight loss and hair loss;
protect your immune system and evade deadly infections;
find strength and vitality in the course of treatment;
enhance your energy and improve the way they see life.

From a series of confidential communications involving a researcher from one of the largest American pharmaceutical company, has recently come to light the existence of this ancient tree from the anti-property. Despite not yet been tested on humans, the tree has been studied in more than 20 laboratories for analysis since 1970 and has shown that:

- Identifies and effectively kills malignant cells in 12 different types of cancer, including colon, breast, prostate, lung and pancreas;
- Is 10,000 times more potent in killing cancer cells, colon dell'Adriamicyn commonly used drug in chemotherapy;
selectively destroys and kills cancer cells without harming healthy cells, which makes the chemotherapy.

So why are not emphasized the benefits of this treatment in the publications on health? Because nothing has been done by the community of natural medicine? And, even if only half of the promise or as seems to be, because the oncologists at the major hospitals do not insist on using it to all patients? Especially when one considers that have been made since 1990 independent research on a large scale, including the search for one of the leading pharmaceutical companies and the National Institute of Cancer, the tree whose medicinal extracts attack and destroy cancer cells with lethal precision .

Graviola is 10,000 times more potent in killing cancer cells, colon dell'Adriamicyn commonly used drug in chemotherapy.

The answer to these difficult questions can only be narrating a shocking story, which we discovered recently. Rather we set out how the history of this treatment against cancer, strengthens the need for groups like HSI and illustrates how easily our options for medical treatment are controlled by money and power.

The news about this amazing tree was close to being lost forever.

A confidential source, whose origin we have been comforted by an independent confirmation, has revealed that millions of dollars to a company in the U.S., have been invested for about seven years to try to synthesize two of the most powerful anti drugs.
In late 1990, placing it subkey, this well-known pharmaceutical giant is beginning research on treatment of cancer, while preserving its opportunities for patents and, therefore, to make profits. The research put into evidence a legendary healing tree called Graviola.
Portions of this tree, including bark, leaves, roots, fruits, seeds, fruits, have been used for centuries by medicine men and native Indians of South America to treat heart disease, asthma, existential problems and arthritis. Based on the testimony of a small scientific document, the company poured money and resources to test the properties of anti Graviola still shocked by the results.
Graviola was a dynamic killer against cancer. But the story of Graviola was approaching its end.
The pharmaceutical company had a big problem. They had spent time and money for years trying to create artefacts that duplicate two of the most potent drugs of the tree. But had made a blunder. Could not copy the original. And they could not sell the tree extract earned, because federal laws require that natural substances can not be patented. This means that the company could not protect its interests in the project which has spent millions of dollars and nearly seven years of research.

Like a dream the big profits vanish and testing on Graviola underwent a sudden braking.

After seven frustrating years and without the hope of lucrative sales, the company abandoned the project and refused to publish his findings in an independent newspaper. But a manager of research fought against this decision. While including the loss of profits by the company, could not accept the decision to hide in the world this unique cancer killer.
Following his conscience and risking his career, contacted the Raintree Nutrition, a company dedicated to the collection of plants of Amazon.
As a result, Raintree entered nell'ingranaggio and began the search for relevant studies published on Graviola. It was discovered that many other groups in the U.S. (along with those of other pharmaceutical companies) had in vitro experiments on Graviola.
The results confirm the findings secret of pharmaceutical companies, the Graviola was presented as the killer of cancer cells.
Encouraged by these laboratory tests, Raintree hired indigenous Indian tribes in Brazil who will cultivate and maintain the tree. Spent a year in research and development beginning to offer Graviola USA.
The Institute of Health Sciences was by chance, through Graviola and Raintree Nutrition, months later, to do research on Chanca Piedra, a natural therapy of Amazon for kidney stones, similar to the result of September 2000.
In the course of our work, Raintree has highlighted the Graviola not considered necessary to understand our group of experts of how intricate the possibility of this potential treatment of cancer.

Graviola tracks and destroys cancer of the prostate, lung, breast, colon and pancreas ... leaving healthy cells live.

Since November, we have closely examined all the research done to date on Graviola.
It is published in one of the first scientific terms in the U.S. made by the National Institute of Cancer (NCI).
In 1976, the NCI including Graviola in a program of analysis that showed the plant as its leaves and its branches actually attack and destroy malignant cells.
But the results were part of an internal dell'NCI and were, for many reasons, never released to the public.
Since 1976, we have obtained promising results in fighting cancer with Graviola.
However, the tree extracts have been tested on patients suffering from cancer.
No clinical tests checked there, and the usual clinical trials are on the table of the main doctors and journalists who are used to judge the value of treatments. Nevertheless, our research has found that Graviola was presented as killer cells in in vitro tests of 20 small workshops.
More recent studies, conducted by Catholic University of the South Korea, the first few days of this year show that two drugs extracted from the seeds of Graviola show "cytotoxicity selected" comparable all'Adriamicyn against cancer cells of colon and lung. The drugs target and kill malignant cells of lung and colon in an in vitro drug comparable Adriamicyn, commonly used in chemotherapy.
Another study, published in the Journal of Natural Products, showed that Graviola is not "comparable all'Adriamicyn" but as a dramatic performance of the same in laboratory tests.

The results show that a drug found in Graviola selectively kills cancer cells, while preserving healthy cells. Chemotherapy indiscriminately strikes and destroys all cells that are actively reproducing, and the cancer that the healthy ones.

Another promising and still ongoing search for Purdue University is supported by a grant dell'NCI. Purdue Research has shown that the leaves of Graviola killed cancer cells among six types of human cells and are particularly effective against prostate cancer cells and pancreas.
In a separate study, Purdue research shows that extracts of leaves of Graviola are particularly effective in the island and kill the cancer cells of the lungs.
Perhaps the largest and most significant result on the study from among those that we found is that of the Catholic University in South Korea where the Graviola is presented as a sick killer cells and protector of healthy cells. Conversely chemotherapy indiscriminately destroys all cells in reproduction. This is what causes so many devastating effects such as hair loss and the occurrence of severe nausea.
In this regard, Graviola looks like a promising alternative or as an integrator of the main treatments.

These reports indicate the patient Graviola as an aid to eradicate cancer.

From a medical point of view, the Graviola still has a long way to go.
Its properties have been tested only in vitro. And this is the cause for which is not universally known and accepted. The unfortunate truth is that without a huge income of a synthetic, patented medicines, it is unlikely that a pharmaceutical company wants to invest thousands (often millions) of dollars just to get the doubly obscure, placebo-control studies on humans.
This is the implied challenge to accept to achieve the greatest nutritional therapy. Fortunately, Graviola is a natural substance, so we should not subject to the decisions of pharmaceutical companies.
Only on a group of physicians and patients in the U.S. is currently using Graviola to fight cancer.
We have only one historical event, involving a manager of a highly specialized companies in Texas. A CT and a biopsy confirmed that the manager (Daryl) had more than 20 tumors in the prostate. He was recommended to be made, but Daryl, under treatment with a common conventional treatment, could not meet at a cost so high.
He did not want to suffer impotence and incontinence for the rest of his life, sad because of the operation. He decided instead to make a less invasive hormonal therapy (to restrict the size of the prostate) and began a rigorous treatment based on replacement Graviola.
Two months later, the level of PSA Daryl fell from 4.1 to 0.0. TAC and a number of other tests based on gamma rays, later confirmed that all tumor cells of the prostate had disappeared.

Seven years of silence have been broken.

We continued to work with other researchers who are still working on Graviola.
Thus many scientific and anecdotal experiences have emerged as such. Then, after seven years of quiet and secret research, we believe that we do not feel responsible if you carry only now aware of this.
Grown and harvested by the indigenous peoples of Brazil, Graviola is available in limited quantities in the U.S.. But now, you too can be among the select few in the world to benefit from Graviola.
We recommend, as always, to consult with your doctor before starting any new therapy, especially when it comes to cancer.
The Graviola is a completely natural with no side effects apart from possible mild gastrointestinal disruption if taken on an empty stomach at high doses (greater than 5 g)

Despite the collection of testimonies on the evidence in vitro and anecdotal results on this dynamic fighter of cancer, Graviola therapy remains illegal!

Graviola has already been tested on both men and animals. But Graviola is a natural product, and as such can not be patented.
Without the hope of selling exclusivity highly profitable, the Graviola can never attract the interest of any of the major pharmaceutical companies or research labs.
So we can never read one of those clinical trials on the armored so that it was considered an aid to the fight against cancer. There is no doubt about this, the most recent laboratory tests and anecdotal findings about Graviola are very interesting.
And if you have been diagnosed with cancer, you and your doctor will need to analyze all the possibilities of cure.
Looking for among all the possibilities of killing the cancer, the Graviola you can certainly help already.

Graviola fights more than cancer

As the research on Graviola has focused on the effects of fighting cancer, the plant has been used for centuries by medicine men in South America to treat an astonishing number of indisposition, including:

hypertension
influence
vent
neuralgia
arthritis
rheumatism
diarrhea
nausea
dyspepsia
ulcer
tricofizie
scurvy
Malaria
dysentery
palpitations
nervousness
insomnia
fever
bubbles
muscle spasms

MSM is an organic sulfur compound found naturally in fruits, vegetables, in the grain and animals, including humans.
MSM is a compound solid soluble in water, also known as dimethyl sulfone-, and sulfonilbismetano-methyl sulfone, which is found in nature: in the oceans, algae and various forms of plankton absorb large quantities of sulfur from the water and turn them into an elemental form, with organic links. At the time of their death, the organic molecules of algae and planktonic organisms are decomposed by enzymatic processes that generate DMS, or dimethyl sulphide, a volatile compound and poorly water soluble. This is collected in the stratosphere, where, for the action of ultraviolet rays, is oxidized and converted first in DMSO (dimethylsulfoxide) and then in the MSM (methyl-sulfonyl-methane).

The body needs it for the construction of almost all the important molecules, ie enzymes, hormones, amino acids, antibodies, antioxidants. It gives the body one of the four basic minerals and is present in many of its main functions and in virtually every cell. The circulatory system of an adult man naturally MSM levels of about 0.2 mg / kg. Adult normal eject from 4 to 11 mg of MSM per day through the urine.
Several studies suggest that the systemic concentration of MSM decreases in mammals over the years, perhaps as a result of metabolic changes or changes in eating habits. With the shortage of sulfur, we are witnessing irrigidimento of the muscles and ligaments, the crumpled skin, and reducing the elasticity of lung tissue and arterial blood vessels. Also terminates the transfer of genetic information through the soft connective tissue, so that typical diseases of old age are probably due to reduced communication between cells and tissues.

The nails and hair are made up mainly by a protein high in sulfur, the keratin.
Tissues such as flexible connective and cartilage contain proteins with sulfur bonds flexible. Collagen is the protein that is found in greater quantities in our bodies, as well as a main component of all connective tissues. It gives elasticity to skin by interacting with the fibers of another protein called elastin. In cartilage, the glucosamine, chondroitin and the proteoglycans, which contain sulfur, forming, together with collagen, a fibrous protein that forms the structure of collagen itself and makes it flexible.
Methyl-sulfonyl-methane (MSM) is a source of stable, naturally rich in sulfur. The sulfur is present in particularly high concentration in the joints where participating in the production of chondroitin sulfate, glucosamine and of hyaluronic. Has an important place in maintaining the stability and integrity of connective tissue and proteins, and also plays a key role in safeguarding the integrity of the joints and the elasticity of the connective tissue. In fact, sulfur is the main component of glycosaminoglycans and other major components of cartilage tissue. These substances form a kind of protective gel that works as a matrix for the tendons, cartilage, skin and bones.

Among the actions that are attributed to supplements of MSM there are those of pain, especially in arthritis, immune modulator in autoimmune diseases, muscle recovery, helps you sleep and the treatment of diabetes. A preliminary research also suggests some possible anti-cancer effects.

Numerous studies have shown the usefulness of integration of nutritional MSM in cases of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. One study showed a reduction of 82% of arthritic pain in patients after six weeks of administration with 2.25 grams of MSM daily.
MSM is very effective in countering the inflammation caused by autoimmune reactions. Several studies have shown that the integration of MSM helps to reduce the degenerative alterations and inflammation of the joints to load.

MSM is also essential in many enzyme reactions and hormone, as for a proper functioning of the immune system. When the body is available in sufficient MSM seems to focus around the mucous membranes which creates a protective coating that reduces the effects of allergens and contaminants outside. Studies show that taking MSM has a beneficial effect in cases of asthma and allergy (food, contact, inhalation, etc.)..
The property of anti-MSM seems attributable to its ability to bind to the mucosa and form a natural protective interface between the guest and allergens. In addition, MSM relieve allergies detoxify the body, eliminating free radicals and improving the permeability of the cells. It's established a direct correlation between the concentration of MSM recruited and resistance to allergens. Several authors have pointed out that MSM, as inhibitor of histamine, it works at least as traditional antihistamines, but without the same result in side effects of antihistamines.

Some laboratory studies have shown that many types of skin diseases, often linked to allergies, respond positively to a diet supplemented with MSM. And 'demonstrated that administration of MSM orally is effective against acne, rosacea on the skin dry, scaly or irritated. When applied locally, in the form of gel or lotion, MSM is useful in treating skin disorders such as acne, psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, dandruff, scabies, nappy rash and various fungal infections. Even the scars resulting from burns and the results are positive topical application: the healing of the wounds appear to be accelerated with MSM (especially when taken in conjunction with vitamin C).

Regular use of MSM may help maintain the health and appearance of the skin gradevole, nail and hair: MSM is required for the production of keratin and collagen.

MSM is considered synergistic for most vitamins and other nutrients such as vitamin C, coenzyme Q10, all B-complex vitamins, vitamin A, D and E, amino acids, selenium, calcium, magnesium, etc. .. MSM improves the intake of these nutrients to the cells, thus extending the life.

MSM is a powerful antioxidant, capable of impeding the action of free radicals, turning them off.
As the main source of sulfur, MSM is essential for the proper functioning of natural antioxidant mechanisms of our body. In neutralize free radicals, the body uses a variety of antioxidant enzymes which contain amino acids and sulfur compounds derived its structure and biological activity of sulfur bonds. In addition, MSM provides the sulfur necessary for the sulfur amino acids (methionine and cysteine taurine,) considered potent antioxidants.

We know that MSM is dissolved in several organic and inorganic compounds. Linked to the mucosa, MSM reacts with toxins, helping to disable and speeding deportation. Furthermore, increases the permeability of cell membranes, thus facilitating the intake of nutrients and waste disposal.

A study reveals that at least 75% of individuals taking one or more antacids or histamine drugs, against the acidity of the stomach, managed to substantially reduce or eliminate all those drugs, a week after starting to take MSM as a supplement diet. In another study conducted on twenty subjects suffering from recurrent cases of constipation, were administered 500 mg of MSM per day, along with 1 gram of ascorbic acid. All subjects with abnormal bowel functions have returned to a normal situation, which has lasted as long as they continued to take MSM.

Initially, with the recruitment of MSM some individuals may show some symptoms of detoxification, including mild forms of diarrhea, rashes, headache, fatigue states that generally disappear within a week.
There are no specific contraindications to the recruitment of MSM: the level of toxicity of MSM is among the lowest known, similar to that of water. An unpublished study conducted for six months from the Oregon Health Sciences University on Long-term toxicity of MSM, found no toxic effect. Within this study, more than 12,000 individuals who were administered 2 grams of MSM per day have not reported any side effects. It's was also noted that the effectiveness of MSM increases linked to vitamin C.

MSM

Main uses:

reported injuries and scarring due to accidents, burns, operations, repetitive strain (RSI) and sports (whiplash, tennis elbow, etc.).
osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis
Fibromyalgia
lumbago
headache, migraine
muscle aches
bursitis
Carpal tunnel syndrome
sclerosis
asthma and allergies
Main actions:
analgesic, anti-inflammatory, detoxifying, vasodilator, muscle relaxants (muscle relaxant), immuno modulator, healing

Assay standards:
2-4 g twice daily

Contraindications:
None documented. MSM was one of the lowest known toxicity in biology and medicine, comparable to that of water. In any case:
It's been noticed a slight effect of fluidificazione blood, so it is recommended to patients with heart disease, careful monitoring.
It can cause detoxification reactions (including nausea, vomiting and diarrhea). If these reactions were to present to reduce or suspend its use for a few days.

Interaction with drugs:
None known.

The genus is Ptychopetalum rather low: only two species of small trees grow in tropical areas of South America and Africa in five areas. The two South American varieties, P. olacoides (found in Brazil, French Guinea, Guinea and Suriname) and P. uncinatum (which only grows in Brazil), are used interchangeably in herbal medicine of South America, although it is usually preferred the variety olacoides, because it has a higher content of lupeolo. A completely different tree species of Brazil, the Liriosima ovata, also known as Muira Puama, but it is totally different even for phyto-chemical composition.

The first research on the source of the effectiveness of Muira Puama are started in the'20s. The researchers first discovered that the bark and root were rich in fatty acids and fatty acid esters, essential oils (including beta-caryophyllene and alpha-humulene), plant sterols, triterpene (including lupeolo) and a new alkaloid, called muirapuaminina. The searches were then taken more recently in the'60s and late'80s. These studies have shown the active constituents of a long chain fatty acids, sesquiterpeni, and new monoterpene alkaloids.

In one of the first studies, researchers indicated that Muira Puama was effective in treating disorders of the nervous system and sexual impotence, which is produced a permanent effect in locomotor ataxia, neuralgias of long standing, chronic rheumatism and partial paralysis. In 1930 Meiro Penna Muira Puama wrote about in his book Notas Sobre Planta Brasilerias, citing psychological and therapeutic trials conducted in France by Dr. Rebourgeon confirming the effectiveness of the plant for the gastrointestinal and circulatory asthenia and impotency of the genital organs ..

The benefits of treating impotence with Muira Puama has been studied in two human studies in France: Muira Puama has been shown to be effective in increasing libido and the treatment of erectile dysfunction. In a French study on 262 patients who were suffering from lack of sexual desire and inability to achieve or maintain an erection, 62% of patients with loss of libido reported that an extract of Muira Puama had dynamic effects, and 51% of patients with erectile dysfunction have found benefits with Muira Puama. The second study evaluated the effects psychological benefits of Muira Puama in 100 men suffering from sexual weakness. At a dose of 1.5 g of extract per day, it was reported that Muira Puama could increase libido (in 85% of cases), increase the frequency of intercorso (in 100% of cases) and the ability to maintain an erection (90%).

On the other clinical research has been reported that the extract of Muira Puama effects adattogeni, antifatica, antistress and benefits on the central nervous system. A special extract of the roots of Muira Puama has been patented for its ability to alleviate the physical and mental fatigue and improving weak constitution. Brazilian researchers have documented a defined effect on the central nervous system of the bark of the plant, which also showed a slight and temporary hypotensive effect. It's was also discovered that the root may inhibit the ulcers caused by stress, while the leaf can have analgesic effects. Another U.S. Patent on Muira Puama claims that, with prolonged use, the plant may reduce the percentage of fat, increase muscle mass and lowering cholesterol.
The latest research also confirms the traditional use of Muira Puama as adjuvant for memory and nervous disorders. Brazilian researchers in 2003 reported that an alcoholic extract of Muira Puama facilitated the recovery of memory and could be beneficial for Alzheimer's disease. The subsequent study (2004) reported that an alcoholic extract of Muira Puama can protect and enhance the viability of brain cells and, therefore, could be a benefit for victims of stroke.

Historically, all parts of Muira Puama were used in medicine, but the bark and roots were the most used.

For the most famous of Muira Puama potenziante as libido, were used special methods of preparation. In fact, considered the active constituents responsible for the libidinal potenziante and are not soluble in water. It's therefore needs to Muira Puama in alcohol and submit it to a high heat for at least 20 minutes to release the essential oils, the terpenes, gums and resins that are in the bark and roots and are related to the effects benefits of Muira Puama.

Below is a brief summary on the use of Muira Puama etnomedici.

Amazon: as an aphrodisiac, for baldness, beri-beri, weakness cardiac disorders, central nervous system, diarrhea, flu, gastrointestinal disorders, impotence, low libido, neuromuscular problems, paralysis, rheumatism, sexual weakness, weakness
Brazil: as aphrodisiac and stimulating appetite, for ataxia, hair loss, beri-beri, disorders of the central nervous system, weakness, depression, digestive disorders, dysentery, dyspepsia, frigidity, gastrointestinal disorders, heart problems, anchilostoma, impotence, low libido, menstrual cramps, menopause, neuralgia, nerve problems, neuromuscular problems, nervous exhaustion, ovarian function, paralysis, PMS (pre-menstrual syndrome), polio, rheumatism, stress, trauma, muscle weakness
Germany: as a tonic central nervous system, for anchilostoma, menstrual disorders, rheumatism
Guinea: as an aphrodisiac, stimulant, tonic, and the impotence
Europe as an aphrodisiac and nerve tonic and for diarrhea, impotence, infertility, menstrual disorders, neurasthenia
United States: as an aphrodisiac and tonic, and for depression, disorders of the central nervous system, impotence, menstrual problems, nerve pain, PMS (pre-menstrual syndrome)

Elsewhere:
as an aphrodisiac and central nervous system stimulant, and to baldness, dyspepsia, exhaustion, gastrointestinal weakness, impotence, infertility, low libido, menstrual irregularities, muscle paralysis, nerve pain, neuromuscular disorders, paralysis, reproductive problems, rheumatism, stress, trauma

Muira Puama

Primary method of preparation: dyeing

Main actions:
aphrodisiac, tonic (tones, balances, strengthens all bodily functions), neurasthenia (reduces nerve pain), antidepressant, tonic central nervous system (tones, balances, strengthens the central nervous system)

Main uses:

for erectile dysfunction and impotence
as a male aphrodisiac and libido promoter
as a male tonic (tones, balances, strengthens)
for hair loss and baldness
as tonic central nervous system (tones, balances, strengthens) and antidepressant

Properties / actions documented by research:
adattogeno, analgesic (painkiller), anti-fatigue, anti-oxidant, anti-ulcer, aphrodisiac, tonic central nervous system (tones, balances, strengthens), hypotensive (lowers blood pressure), potenziante memory, nerve (balance / the calm nerves), neurasthenia (reduces nerve pain), neuroprotettivo (protects brain cells)

Other properties / actions documented by traditional
antidepressant, antirheumatic, anti-stress, astringent, cardiotonico (tones, balances, strengthens the heart), digestive, gastrotonico (tones, balances, strengthens the gastric tract), ipocolesterolemico (lowers cholesterol), stimulant, tonic (tones, balances, strengthens all bodily functions)

Traditional preparation:
Since many of its active components are not soluble, the best preparation is a 4:1 tincture: take 2-4ml twice a day. The bark is smooth (as if it were polished), and changes color throughout the year as they mature (changed from green to brown). This species is typical of Amazon in Brazil, Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador.

The bark of mulateiro contains a large amount of tannins that give it an astringent effect or annoying. Recently, has been documented a large amount of phenols and organic acids in the plant demonstrated the antibacterial properties, antifungal and insecticidal. Phenols have been isolated which showed a potent antioxidant action, which could explain the traditional use to stop the aging process of the skin.

So far there have been only two published studies on mulateiro. In 2001, researchers have reported that a potent antifungal activity in vitro against 11 of the most common skin fungi and yeasts.
In 2003, were discovered several new elements called phyto-seco iridoidi, three of which are owned by active against Trypansoma cruzi, a parasitic tropical.

The use of the bark of mulateiro is well rooted in native culture, which is also used as a component in the mixture of ayahuasca, as well as in several of the folk medicine remedies.
In the Amazon, the bark reduced mush is applied locally to treat cuts, wounds and burns, and is deemed to possess antifungal and healing qualities. The Indians operate a tea made with the bark on the body after the bath and leave to dry in the sun: it forms a thin film on the bodies which are considered to help fight the effects of aging, pests and fungus infections.
The natives use a decoction of bark to combat diabetes. Make boil 1 kg of bark in 10 liters of water until the decoction is reduced to four liters. They believe that if drunk daily for three consecutive months this decoction can be a cure for diabetes.

Today, in mulateiro Peruvian herbal medicine is used for different purposes.
Recently attracted the interest of scientists and designers of natural products for body care. In February 2006, was approved by the EU as an ingredient that can be used in cosmetic products.

Below, a brief overview on the uses etnomedici of mulateiro.

Amazon: as a contraceptive, emollient and vulnerary, for burns, cuts, diabetes, fungus infections, parasites, skin wounds
Brazil: the stains of age, diabetes, eye infections, problems with the ovaries, scars, scratches, fungus and parasites of the skin, wrinkles, wounds, and as an antioxidant and cosmetics
Paraguay: for diabetes
Peru: as an antiseptic, healing, contraceptive, emollient, haemostatic, tonic, vulnerary; for abscesses, age spots, anti-aging, bleeding, burns, cancer, diabetes, eye infections, fibroids, infection by fungus, infection (skin ), insect stings, liver problems, malaria, ovarian disorders, pellagra, vent, scabies, scars, skin parasites, skin problems, skin cancer, swelling, uteri cancer, wounds, wrinkles

MULATEIRO

Primary method of preparation:
Decoction
Key actions (in order):
antifungal, anticandida, astringent, insecticide, healing

Main uses:

for skin infections by the fungus (for athletes foot, nail fungus, etc..)
for parasites of the skin
for Candida and yeast infections
to help the skin with wrinkles, scars, freckles and age spots
for diabetes

Properties / actions documented by research:
antibacterial, anti-candida, antifungal, antioxidant, insecticide, insect repellent

Other properties / actions documented by traditional
anti-diabetic, antiparasitic, astringent, emollient, healing

Traditional preparation:

For internal use: the standard remedy is ½ -1 cup of decoction 2-3 times daily
For external use: apply the decoction directly on the skin several times a day and let it dry before you cover the affected area. Can be found in most tropical continents such as Africa, Asia and the Americas. It grows up to a meter in height and produces fruit of the same size of cherry tomatoes that contain edible seeds.

Studies on phyto mullaca revealed, which makes many biologically active substances such as flavonoids, alkaloids, and many different types of steroids in plants, some of which were unknown to science. A recent research (still in progress), is studying this plant on the basis of some preliminary results that showed how effective he mullaca immunostimulant properties and toxic for many types of cancer cells and leukemia. The main attention is paid to the new steroids in mullaca, which have been attributed many of the actions anticancer, anticancer and antileucemiche of this plant.

Several extracts mullaca have shown in vitro and in vivo a potent activity against several types of cancer cells, including lung, colon, nasopharynx, liver, cervix, melanoma and glioma (brain). This research, begun in the early'80s by Thai and U.S. researchers, has been verified by a search conducted by the University of Taiwan in 2002.
In 2001, researchers at the University of Houston still have isolated a new element that showed a significant toxicity against cancer cells nasofaringee, lung (adenocarcinoma) and against leukemia cells.
Other Chinese and Russian researchers have also independently demonstrated significant immunomodulating effects against blastogenesi (a process in triggering leukemia). With tumor cells, research has suggested that many of the steroids act on a chemical level enzyme to stop the normal cell cycle in cancer cells as well as DNA inside the cancer cells (making them unable to replicate).

In addition to the anticancer actions and antileucemia, several research groups have confirmed the antibacterial and antiviral activity of mullaca. In 2000 and 2002, mullaca has proven to be biologically active in vitro against several strains of mycobacteria and mycoplasmas (both very resistant to normal antibiotics). In addition, this plant has demonstrated in vitro antibacterial properties against several types of bacteria, Gram positive and Gram negative. Other research groups in Japan in the preliminary studies have documented the in vitro activity against the polio virus, herpes simplex I, the measles virus and HIV-I, showing effects of reverse transcriptase inhibitors.

Finally, other studies have documented the power to reduce the spasms, lower blood pressure, isotonic contracting muscles, as well as anticoagulant effects and slightly hypoglycaemia.

With regard to traditional uses, mullaca has a long history as a folk remedy in all tropical areas where it grows. InAmazzonia, the tribes are using an infusion of leaves mullaca as a diuretic, but also for some female disorders. Currently, it is used in herbal medicine systems in Peru and Brazil.
The use on a large scale and multiple disturbances on the part of folk medicine, it really surprising that clinical research has virtually ignored the uses of indigenous plants that, for this remain unexplained. Its antibacterial properties analysis could probably validate its use as an antiseptic and disinfectant for skin problems and treatment of gonorrhea. Or, the documented antiviral properties may explain the traditional use for hepatitis, as well as antispasmodic could support its use for asthma and disorders of women.

Here, we report a short overview on the uses etnomedici of mullaca.

Brazil: For asthma, purify the blood, dermatitis, sore ears, fever, problems with the gallbladder, kidney disorders, jaundice, liver disorders, malaria, nausea, rheumatism, skin problems, urinary insufficiency
Central America: For fever, gonorrhea, malaria, skin diseases and to prevent miscarriages
Colombia: For asthma, bacterial infections, inflammations, skin diseases
Japan: For colds, fever, infected throat, swelling, urinary insufficiency
Peru: For asthma, bacterial infections, diabetes, sore ears, hepatitis, infections (post partum), inflammation, itching, jaundice, liver disorders, malaria, rheumatism, skin diseases, urinary insufficiency, worms
Taiwan: For cancer, fever, hepatitis, liver disease, tumors, urinary insufficiency
Trinidad: For bacterial infections, fever, indigestion, nephritis, proctite
Suriname: For gonorrhea, jaundice, malaria, nephritis, urinary insufficiency

Elsewhere:
For asthma, bacterial infections, boils, cancer, childbirth, skin disorders, diabetes, diarrhea, diuretic, edema, expectorant, eye infections, fainting, fever, hemostatic, bleeding (post partum), infertility, inflammation, leukemia, malaria, nausea, pain, cancer (testicular), skin diseases, sleeping sickness, stomach disorders and as an antiseptic

MULLACA

Primary method of preparation:
Infusion or capsules
Key actions (in order):
Antibacterial, antimicoplasmi, anticancer, immunomodulators, antiviral

Main uses:

for all types of bacterial infections
for cancer and leukemia
for Mycoplasma infection by mycobacteria and
for skin diseases (dermatitis, psoriasis, infections of the skin, Rosacea, scleroderma, etc.).
for viral infections of all kinds

Properties / actions documented by research:
Antibacterial, anticancer, anticoagulant (blood fluidifica), antileucemico, Antimycobacterials, antispasmodic, anticancer, antiviral, hypotensive (lowers blood pressure), immunomodulators (modulates some hyperactive immune cells), immunostimulant

Other properties / actions documented by traditional
Analgesic (relieves pain), anti, anti, antiemorragico (reduces bleeding), antiseptic, blood purifier, disinfectant, diuretic, expectorant, febrifugal (reduces fever), epatotonico (tones, balances and strengthens the liver), sedative, vermifuge (expels worms)

Traditional preparation:
Depending on, or 1 ½ cup of whole herb infused 1-3 times a day, or 1-2ml of a 4:1 tincture twice daily, or 2-4g of powdered herb in tablets or capsules or mixed in water or fruit juice twice a day.

Contraindications:
Can lower blood pressure and can have an anticoagulant. It produces flowers of red-orange. The tree is sometimes called coral flower because the flowers attract the colors of coral. Pods produces black seeds with red and blacks that are used by indigenous people to make jewelry and necklaces. Mulungu is growing in Brazil, in some areas of Peru, and in tropical areas of Latin America and is found mainly in marshes and along the banks of rivers.
The Erythrina genus includes more than 100 species of trees and shrubs in the tropics and subtropics. Mulungu The tree is known by two botanical names, Erythrina Erythrina mulungu and verna.Un 'other similar species is E. crista-galli intercambiabilemnte that is used in South American herbal medicine and is located in the most south flower of this species is the national flower of Argentina.

The chemical elements contained in this plant have been studied in depth. Mulungu contains many new flavonoids, alkaloids and triterpene. Inultima ten years was conducted a thorough research on the alkaloids of this plant. Many of the alkaloids found have documented anti-inflammatory actions, cardiac, sedative and soporific. A new alkaloid found in mulungu, the cristamidina, has a documented positive effect on the liver. Even the hypotensive action and regulators of the heart have been attributed to its alkaloids. Another alkaloid then, the erisodina has demonstrated neuromuscular effects typical of curare. Two studies have also indicated that puà be useful as a remedy for nicotine, as demonstrated against an antagonist of nicotine receptors.

The traditional use of mulungu for anxiety and stress has been validated by a recent (2002), which showed that the alkaloids might alter the neurostrasmissione GABAergica. The GABA (gamma-amino acid-butyric acid) acts as a neurotransmitter in the brain and abnormalities in its function are linked to disorders such as epilepsy, anxiety and depression.
A further research has also validated the traditional use of mulungu as antimicrobial agent for throat infections and urinary tract.
Finally, mulungu also showed antibacterial action against Staphylococcus aureus and Antimycobacterials action against Mycobacterium fortuitum and Mycobacterium smegmatis.

Many species of Erythrina are used by indigenous people of Amazonia as medicines, insecticides and poison fish.
In herbal medicine systems of the North and South America mulungu is considered an excellent sedative to calm agitation, nervous coughs and to treat other nerve disorders such as insomnia and anxiety. E 'typical of tropical America and is found throughout the Amazon forest.

The bark of mutamba is a rich source of tannin and antioxidants called proantocianidine elements. In particular, the procianidina B-2 helps in validating the use of long mutamba for hair loss and baldness in 1999, Japanese researchers have reported that the procianidina B-2 is a safe topical agent for the growth of hair. From 2000 to 2002, published 3 studies that showed how the procianidina B-2 promoted the growth of hair cells and increase the number of hairs on the scalp area. Another independent research has shown that the procianidina B-2 also has anti-tumor and anticancer effects (even against the melanoma), as well as having the power to lower blood pressure and protect the kidneys.
The bark also contains acid caurenoico of which are known antibacterial and antifungal properties.
The leaves contain caffeine, but was not found in the bark of tree.

The long history of efficacy of herbal medicine in mutamba has prompted researchers to begin studying its properties and assets tests in the laboratory (since 1968). In the first published study was reported owned by lower heart rate and blood pressure, relax the muscles and soft stimulate the uterus. Two years later, new research has confirmed the effects of uterine stimulant, supporting the traditional use as a help during the party.
In eight different studies conducted between 1987 and 2003, has been demonstrated a significant in vitro antibacterial activity of some extracts of leaf and bark against several disorders pathogens, including Bacillus, Staphylococcus and streptococcus, E. coli and Neisseria gonorrhea. In 1995 an in vitro study has also shown antiviral activity against Herpes simplex type 1.

These studies have certainly been able to explain why mutamba was used so effectively with such systems of herbal medicine for many types of intestinal disorders, venereal diseases (such as gonorrhea and syphilis) and respiratory disorders (such as pneumonia and bronchitis).
Following research focused on a particular item found in mutamba can interfere with enzymatic processes by which the pathogenic bacteria and viruses replicate.

Traditionally, a decoction of leaves of mutamba is used in Mexico for diabetes. Only recently researchers have validated this Mexican indigenous use, publishing a study which showed that an extract of leaves could significantly reduce the hyperglycemia.
Worthy of note is a study of Brazil (1990) showed that as a pure extract of the bark mutamba can be toxic in vitro in cancer cells, producing an inhibitory rate of 97.3%. In another recent study (2002) by researchers in Belgium was reported the possible mechanism by which the bark of mutamba can reduce hypertension, by inhibiting an enzyme called angiotensin II. Inhibitors of angiotensin are the newest classification of drugs for the heart (most of the new ACE-inhibitors) that are now prescribed to lower blood pressure.

Mutamba occupies an important place in herbal systems of many tropical countries, where they are mostly used for the bark and leaves.
It is often used for infections of the upper respiratory tract as it can calm the cough, reduce fever, as well as provide antibacterial and antiviral action.

Below is a brief overview on the uses etnomedici of mutamba.

Country
Uses
Belize, for parties, diarrhea, dysentery, infections, prostate problems, rashes, skin problems of the uterus, irritation
Brazil: for asthma, blood purification, bronchitis, cough, diarrhea, excessive mucus, fever, hair loss, hepatitis, liver disorders, parasites (of hair), pneumonia, skin diseases, syphilis, ulcers, and to raise transpiration
Colombia: how stimulating uterine
Cuba: for burns, burns, colds, flu, hemorrhoids, urinary insufficiency, wounds
Dominican Republic: for diarrhea, fertility (veterinary use), pulmonary disorders, and to increase perspiration
Guatemala: for burns, dermatitis, erysipelas, fever, gonorrhea, kidney disease, disorders of the skin (irritation, rashes, inflammation, vent, ulcers), stomach pain, stomach inflammation, injury, and enhance the traspiraizone
Haiti: to purify the blood, cough, diabetes, diarrhea, lazy digestion, fever, flu, fractures, scurvy, skin disorders, wounds
Jamaica: For diarrhea, elephantiasis, leprosy, malaria
Mexico: for asthma, chest problems, childbirth, stpsi, diarrhea, dysentery, elephantiasis, fever, gastrointestinal disorders, bleeding, infectious diseases, kidney disorders, malaria, rashes, skin disorders, syphilis, uterine pain, injury
Peru: for diarrhea, dysentery, asthma, bronchitis, dermatitis, elephantiasis, fever, hair loss, hepatitis, kidney disease, leprosy, liver disease, problems plmonari, malaria, syphilis
Venezuela, for syphilis, wounds, to increase breathability and lower the body temperature

Elsewhere:
for asthma, bleeding, bronchitis, chest problems, elephantiasis, hair loss, hypertension, kidney disorders, liver problems, stomach pain, to increase perspiration

MUTAMBA

Primary method of preparation:
decoction
Key actions (in order):
antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, antioxidant, hypotensive (lowers blood pressure)

Main uses:

as a topical remedy for hair loss and baldness
as a digestive aid for stomach pain, diarrhea, dysentery and inflammations of the stomach
as a remedy for external wounds, skin rashes, parasites of the skin, dermatitis, fungal infections and leprosy
for viral and bacterial infections (including syphilis, gonorrhea, viruses of upper respiratory infections and kidney)
as an astringent to stop bleeding

Properties / actions documented by research:
ACE-inhibitor (lowers blood pressure), antibacterial, anticancer, antifungal, antioxidant, antispasmodic, anticancer, antiviral, cardiodepressivo, cardiotonico (tones, balances, strengthens the heart), hypoglycaemia, hypotensive (lowers blood pressure), muscle relaxant, uterine stimulant

Other properties / actions of documented traditional use:
antinifammatorio, antiemorragico (reduces bleeding), cough sedative, anti-ulcer, astringent, blood purifier, decongestant, diaforetico (promotes sweating), dtimolante digestive, emollient, febrifugal (reduces fever), epatoprotettivo (liver protector) , epatotonico (tones, balances, strengthens the liver), healing

Traditional preparation:

For respiratory infections, asthma and other respiratory disorders: a cup of decoction of bark 2-3 times a day.
For gastrointestinal problems and other disorders: the same decoction or 2-3ml of a 4:1 tincture twice daily, or 1-2g of powdered bark in tablets, capsules, dissolved in water or fruit juice.
Loss of hair: rub a decoction of bark hair several times a week.

Contraindications:
The bark of mutamba may have uterine stimulant effects and is therefore contraindicated in pregnancy
The bark of mutamba can lower blood pressure by inhibiting angiotensin II. On leaves and stems are stinging hairs.

The stinging sensation of the leaves is caused by different chemical elements present in the plant including formic acid, histamine, serotonin and choline. Besides these factors, the Nettle leaf is rich in minerals, chlorophyll, amino acids, lecithin, carotenoids, flavonoids, sterols, tannins and vitamins. The root contains sterols, however, fatty acids, polysaccharides and isolectine. Several elements in the phyto-chemical plant have demonstrated antiviral actions (against the HIV virus and other upper respiratory tract) and immunostimulant (probably against lupus).

The long traditional use of this plant as an anti-inflammatory in the cases of rheumatism and arthritis has been confirmed by numerous clinical research. Some research has suggested that this anti-inflammatory action could be attributed to the property to stop the production and action of inflammatory factors by certain immune cells.
In 1990, it was validated using another traditional Nettle, ie the one for allergies and rhinitis (a common inflammatory disorder that causes nasal congestion and sneezing, and itching, and often caused by allergies) on a sample of 69 patients who have been given an extract of Nettle, it was an alleviation of symptoms in 58% and 48% of patients stated that Nettle was more effective than many other remedies.

Recent studies (in 2000 and 2002) have also reported that an aqueous extract of Nettle is capable of lowering blood pressure, reduce heart rate and has a diuretic action. One of these studies reported that the root of Nettle acts better than other drugs in reducing pressure, increasing diuresis and sodium excretion. In these studies, was also shown as a painkiller, sedative, as well as inhibitory against convulsions induced by drugs and lowering body temperature.

The last area of research Nettle focused on its usefulness in the treatment of inflammation of the prostate (prostatitis) and benign prostate hyperplasia. So far they have been conducted over 20 studies in which the roots of Nettle (alone or combined with other herbs) has been shown to improve symptoms in both diseases. While the efficacy of prostatitis Nettle is due to its documented anti-inflammatory properties, with regard to benign hyperplasia, which seems to work Nettle hormonal level.
The hyperplasia is caused by hormonal imbalances of testosterone and estrogen. Nettle that it seems to act by blocking certain chemical processes related to these hormones and are involved in the development of iperplasia. Several studies have demonstrated the beneficial effects of Nettle. In a study has been documented as the extract of the roots of Nettle can inhibit the growth of prostate cells by 30% in just 5 days and inhibit hyperplasia of 51.4%. In a study of 134 patients with hyperplasia, the administration of 300 mg of Nettle root has reduced the need to urinate during the night in just 28 days.

Note that the same hormones have effects on both hair and hair in men than in women. In fact, the hair loss in men and women is linked to excess levels of dihydrotestosterone. Although there are still clinical studies indicate that if the roots of Nettle can prevent hair loss, research suggests that the root of this plant may block the conversion of testosterone into dihydrotestosterone.

As for the folk medicine, Nettle has been used for centuries as a diuretic, for blood, for arthritis and rheumatism. Externally it is used to improve the appearance of hair and is thought to be a remedy against fatty hair and dandruff.

Nettle has a history of use. Already in the first century, two Greek trustees reported the effects of diuretics and laxatives Nettle, and it indicated as a useful remedy nnei asthma, pleurisy and spleen problems. In early American medicine, the bandages soaked in an infusion of leaves and stems were used to stop bleeding. Nettle leaves were also recommended by the famous naturalist Eull Gibons as food and as an aid in weight loss.

In recent years, more and more consumers and editors have experienced the many uses of Nettle for prostate problems, for arthritis and inflammation in general, for allergies and hair loss. This greater understanding of the uses of Nettle, was followed by a greater marketing: the root, the leaves and the grass is sold whole in many shops in the form of tinctures, capsules, and tablets. It's important to remember that the root is useful for benign prostatic hyperplasia and hair loss, while the leaf for inflammation (including prostatitis), allergies and as a natural diuretic for individuals suffering from hypertension.

Here below, a brief overview on the uses of etnomedici Nettle.

Belize: For delivery, diarrhea, dysentery, prostate problems, vent, skin problems, irritations
Brazil:
For asthma, bronchitis, cough, bleeding, diabetes, diarrhea, dysentery, fever, support the liver, lung disorders, menstrual disorders, pneumonia, skin diseases, ulcers, urinary problems, to increase perspiration
Cuba: For burns, burns, flu, hemorrhoids, urinary insufficiency, wounds
Dominican Republic:
For dysentery, fertility (veterinary use), pulmonary problems, to increase perspiration
Germany: For arthritis, inflammation, prostate disorders, rheumatism, urinary insufficiency, urinary tract disorders
Greece: For asthma, inflammation, laxative, pleurisy, spleen problems, urinary insufficiency
Guatemala: For burns, dermatitis, erysipelas, fever, gonorrhea, kidney disease, skin diseases, rashes / skin irritation, irritation, ulcers, wounds, to increase perspiration
Haiti: To purify the blood, cough, diarrhea, digestive problems, fever, flu, fractures, scurvy, skin problems, wounds
India: For eczema, blood nose, rash, uterine bleeding
Mexico: For asthma, chest problems, childbirth, constipation, diarrhea, dysentery, elephantiasis, fever, gastrointestinal disorders, bleeding, kidney problems, leprosy, malaria, vent, skin problems, syphilis, uterine disorders, wounds
Peru: For arthritis, asthma, bleeding, diabetes, diuretic, dysentery, expectorant, hair, lice, hemorrhoids, inflammation, intestinal inflammation, kidney stones, liver disease, muscle aches, nasal ulcers, pain, respiratory problems, rheumatism, sciatica, swelling, urinary insufficiency, wounds, to increase perspiration
United States: For allergies, arthritis, benign prostate hyperplasia, bleeding, hair loss, hypertension, inflammation, prostatitis, rhinitis, sinusitis, urinary insufficiency, wounds
Venezuela: For syphilis, wounds, to lower body temperature, to increase perspiration

Elsewhere:
For persistent pain, allergic rhinitis, asthma, bacterial infections, hair loss, bleeding, bronchitis, burns, burns, cancer, catarrh, chest problems, childbirth, gallbladder, constipation, cough, dandruff, dyspnea, edema, elephantiasis, epilepsy, fever, gout, hair loss, hemorrhages, hypertension, insanity, anemia from lack of iron, kidney stones, leprosy, liver disease, lung problems, menstrual disorders, neuralgia, obesity, osteoarthritis, pain, paralysis, prostate disorders, rheumatism, skin stretching, stomach problems, swelling, tumors, uterine disorders, urinary insufficiency, urinary problems, worms, wounds, to promote perspiration

Nettle

Primary method of preparation:
Infusion or capsules
Key actions (in order):
Antiallergic, anti-anaphylactic, anti-inflammatory, decongestant, diuretic
Main uses

for seasonal allergies, rhinitis and sinusitis
for benign prostate hyperplasia and prostatitis
for arthritis, rheumatism and other inflammatory conditions
for high blood pressure
for hair loss

Properties / actions documented by research:
Analgesic (relieves pain), antiallergic, antianafilattico, anti-inflammatory, anticonvulsant, antihistamine, decongestant, diuretic, hypotensive (lowers blood pressure), immunomodulators (selectively modulates immune cells surcharges)
Other properties / actions documented by traditional
Anti, antibacterial, antidiabetic, antiemorragico (reduces bleeding), antirheumatic, astringent, blood purifier, diaforetico (promotes sweating), febrifugal (reduces fever), laxative, menstrual stimulant, healing

Traditional preparation:
Is the root that the leaves are usually prepared as infusions.
